Sunny Beautiful Apartment

Thank you for choosing our apartment. We will be extremely happy to have you as our guest. PLEASE NOTE: All guests are required to specify the exact time of arrival. All guests must check in at the front desk and pay in person for the registration fee. There is a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $51.50 per reservation. Parking is $15.00/day. The security deposit is $150.00 IMPORTANT: There is a registration condominium fee of U$ 51.50 (No Refundable) per stay, per group, per unit and it is NOT included If you would like to have guaranteed early check-in, your reservation must be made for 1 extra night before your actual arrival date. A) Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and the building common areas, except the designated smoking zones. B) Parties are not allowed. While I understand that you are coming for vacation to have fun and enjoy, I would like to kindly ask you not to have any parties at home. In case of any noise complaints, your deposit will not be refunded. C) The apartment is privately owned. Owners are not responsible for any incidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur indoors or on the building premises. Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of guests' belongings. Accepting this reservation, all guests understand that they accept the risk of any harm that may result from their use of the premises. D)Please keep the property clean and the whole environment in good condition, all the garbage is mandatory to be carried out at every level at the designated place/trash room (Large boxes should be cut, stacked in garbage bags, and tied up). For any property loss or damage like keys, furniture, towels, TV, and any other goods that belong to the apartment you will be extra charged and the deposit will not be returned if it covers the total price of the damage. If your security deposit does not cover expenses for the damage, you will be charged from your credit card on file. Note: The washing machines are located on every floor near the elevator, and the laundry cards can be purchased on the 1st floor in front of the gym E) Use the devices only for their intended purpose. F) Pets are not allowed. H) The apartment does not include daily cleanings. However, it can be provided at an additional charge. PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION, The Parking cost is $15 per day. Please make sure you have a parking permit placed on the front panel. Otherwise, your car will be towed at your own expense. Vehicles should only be parked in designated areas. Parking on an unassigned spot will lead to a car being towed, and all related charges are the car owner's responsibility. Attention!!! If the parking permit is not placed on the front panel, your car will be blocked and you will be fined $200. * If you want your packages to be sent, the shipping cost can vary from 5 to 10 US dollars per unit, depending on the size of the packages.
